The website maintains servers around the world. Bulk of services are delivered using linux-php-mysql combination. Microsoft servers are used for dotnet applications.

News4sites.com is established by India-based BIZNIS group of companies.

The group's flagship company - Business News & Information Services Pvt Ltd - was incorporated in India under the Companies Act 1956. The company had started providing news services to companies and governments even before the Internet came into prominence.

News-based services provide by the company made rapid progress. Within a year, our clients list had majority of the world's biggest corporations including several dozen Fortune 500 corporations with offices in Delhi. At one point, more than 50 per cent of Fortune's Top 20 megacorps used our services. We serve many government enterprises and large private companies in India. In the government the Prime Minister has relied on our service for early morning updates. As internet began to make its presence felt, the group incorporated a new company in 1997 - Business Databases Pvt Ltd. The company's main objectives were defined as

1. To create, monitor, record, process, programme, collate, research, analyse, evaluate, store translate, index, abstract, extract, communicate, transmit, disseminate, import, export, trade in, market, broker data and information and their derivatives and products of every kind, on every subject through any medium currently existing or not, and to deal in all hardware, software, manpower and services which may be primary, ancillary or incidental to above.
2. To manufacture, trade in, deal in, import export, market information technology and telecommunications networks, products and services. To act as a hub, dealer, agent, service provider, content provider, technology provider, broker for existing and emerging networks and technologies such as internet and components, parts by products thereof.
3. To design, prepare, own, make use of, lease, sell or otherwise dispose of and, generally, to deal in and with computers data processing machines, types, cards, memory equipment or any other equipment and materials of every kind and description useful in connection with databses business.
